Warm-Up Exercise
This 10 minute sequence is based on the Shadow Yoga warm-up movements, these Concentrated Articular Rotations (CAR’s) of the major joints in the body are designed to gently remind the body that it CAN move.
Low Back exercise
Stand your ground
Here we incorporate strength training exercises to help you build space between the pinched nerves in the muscles of the low back. This class is for those who have taken at least 3 sessions of the Warm-Up Exercises.
