It’s my mission to improve your speed, power, and agility in the next 90 days. And don’t kid yourself, it’s going to be a lot of work but if you can commit right now to spending 10 to 15 minutes EVERYDAY working the process, then what lays ahead is an amazing life worth living.

So take a minute and write down, “I am committed to doing (insert some movement ie, Warm-up Movement, Standing tree, etc.) at __ : __ in _____.” And by taking that one tiny step you are 91% more likely to practice this week.

Now, you can go and watch every video in the series and do every workout today, the program is a choose your own adventure, but then you will email me tomorrow and say that, ‘__ was too hard.’ and no sh*t it’s too hard.

For the first week I only recommend doing the warm-up movements EVERYDAY and focusing on the controlled articulated rotations. I don’t want you to stretch or take the joint to the end of it’s range of motion. The movements in the first week are only designed to get you familiar with your body. Get comfortable moving again.
